Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) examine the level of quantum strategic behavior of school administrators, 2) investigate teachers' work motivation level in schools, and 3) analyze the relationship between quantum strategic behavior of school administrators and teachers' work motivation in schools under the Chachoengsao Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 350 teachers from 28 schools in the 2025 academic year, determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table and selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with an IOC of 1.00 for all items and reliability coefficients for the quantum strategic behavior scale and the work motivation scale are 0.973 and 0.943, respectively. Data were analyzed through mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that: the level of quantum strategic behavior of school administrators was high, the teachers' work motivation was at a high level, and there was a significant positive relationship between the quantum strategic behavior of school administrators and teachers' work motivation level at the .01 level, with a very high correlation coefficient (r = .822).
