Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study of the level the characteristics of school Administrators in the 21st century factors under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area office 4, 2) to study level the learning community of school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area office 4, 3) to study the correlation between the characteristics of school Administrators in the 21st century factors with the learning community of school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area office 4, and 4) to set forecast equations of the characteristics of school Administrators in the 21st century factors and the learning community of school under the Office of Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area office 4. The sample group consisted of 302 teachers selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a rating – scale questionnaire with the reliabilities for the administrative factors at 0.978 and the learning community of school at 0.982 The data were analyzed by using the package program to find percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression were also employed.
