Performance Results of International Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) of Khon Kaen University Students from Opinions of Foreign Business Establishments

Abstract
This research project aims to evaluate performance results of International Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education Performance (CWIE) of Khon Kaen University students based on the opinions of foreign business establishments and investigate skills assessment of International Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education Performance (CWIE) of Khon Kaen University students from the perspectives of foreign business establishments. The target population was foreign business establishments that have accepted students to practice International CWIE in the final semester of 2022, accounting for 24 establishments. The survey data is obtained by collecting from owners, directors, and managers of foreign business establishments. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire that consisted of 18 questions as a quantitative method. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation values. Summary of the research findings are: 1) Evaluation of International CWIE of students in four perspectives – The overall average score was good; 2) Evaluation of eight skills assessment of International CWIE of students – An overall average score was good. The benefits from this research are identified performance results of International CWIE of students and known skills assessment of International CWIE of students from the perspectives of foreign business establishments in an attempt to utilize the results of this student to develop students to have characteristics and skills that meet the needs of the workplace. Therefore, it is recommended that Khon Kaen University should effectively collaborate with enterprises to develop international CWIE student skills and to achieve cooperation in a joint arrangement of the international CWIE project as well as the implementation of student development activities both theory and practice, along with continuous and concrete actions.
