Abstract
This research aimed: 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et, 2) study effectiveness of school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et, 3) study The relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of schoolunder the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et. and 4) study the academic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et. The research instrument used for data collection was a five rating scales questionnaire with reliabilities of Cronbach's alpha coefficient were .930 and .91 The statistical techniques employed in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Regression equations were created for predicting dependent variables through
Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that 4 aspects at the highest level, the remaining 1 aspect were at high level ; 2) The effectiveness of schools in under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that 2 aspects at the highest level, the remaining 2 aspects were at high level; 3) The relationship of academic leadership of school administrators with effectiveness of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et, overall the relationship was very positive at the.0 1 level of significance (r=.961) ; 4) Academic leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Roi Et in supervision of teaching and learning management, promoting the academic climate, managing of curriculum and instruction, and defining the school goal
