Administrative Skills in the 21st Century of School Administrators Affecting Effectiveness of Schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The purposes of this research were (1) to study and compare administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators classified by status and school size, (2) to study and compare effectiveness of schools classified by status and school size, (3) to study the relationship between administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators and effectiveness of schools, and (4) to study the predictive power for administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators affecting effectiveness of schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples were 338 school administrators and teachers followed percentage criterion in the sample size specification, and they were selected by Multi-stage Sampling. The instruments used were 2 aspects of five-rating scale questionnaires: (1) a questionnaire about administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators with the Index of Item Congruence (IC) between .80-1.00, the discrimination from .43-.86, and the reliability of .97; and (2) a questionnaire about effectiveness of schools with the Index of Item Congruence (IC) between .80-1.00, the discrimination from .53-.91, and the reliability of .98. The statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), One-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression stepwise analysis.
The results revealed that 1. The overall administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators was at the highest level. In comparison, the overall administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators classified by status and school size revealed non-significant difference. 2. The overall effectiveness of schools was at the highest level. In comparison, the overall classified by status revealed non-significant difference. In comparison, the overall classified by school size revealed significant difference in one pair which school administrators and teachers of large schools had higher opinions about school effectiveness than the opinions of school administrators and teachers of middle schools, and revealed statistically significant different at the .01 level. 3. The administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators and effectiveness of schools revealed high positive correlation at the .01 level. 4. There were 4 variables of administration skills in the 21st century of school administrators that affected effectiveness of schools in schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3: life and work skills (X6), innovation skills (X3), digital technology skills (X5), and creative thinking skills (X2). They could be predicted up to 81 The equation can be written as follows:
