Skills of Higher Education Graduates According to Educational Plans and Policies that are Consistent with the National Development Plan

Abstract

Higher education according to the Dictionary of Educational Terminology 2008 Royal Institute edition has the meaning: “Post-secondary education is education that is lower than a bachelor's degree education and above. The responsibilities of higher education are composed of people, knowledge and the environment. The 4 important missions are producing graduates, research, providing academic services to society and the preservation of arts and culture. The provision of higher education must be consistent with the national development plan to develop manpower skills base on development directions. Graduates must practice skills from basic levels to a more difficult levels to have broad knowledge and in-depth knowledge in disciplinaries, which are employability skills that can be measured according to the graduate's ability.
