Guideline Development Team Building of Teacher Under The Sec- ondary Education Service Area 24

Abstract

This research is aimed: 1) Study of elements for teacher team building of the education service area office at the high school. 2) Study of the current conditions, desirable condition and how to build a team of teachers. 3) Develop guidelines for teacher team building. The samples include administrators and teachers of the education service area office at the high school The Secondary Education Service Area 24 totally 375 persons selected by Multi-Stage Sampling. Survey questionnaire and evaluation form were used in data collection. Statistics including percentage, Mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient analysis.

The results of research were as follows: 1. The 7 elements of team building. 1) Team role balance. 2) At the same objectives and target. 3) Communication. 4) Cooperation for conflicts management. 5) Decision making. 6) Team relationship and 7) Review and evaluation. Which is associated with the team building 5 processes 1) Problem Identification 2) Data Gathering 3) Planning 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. 2. Assessments of the current conditions as evaluated show middle level. When considered in each aspect found that the same objectives and target was at the highest level and the communicate openly and creating an atmosphere for a problem solving was at the lower level. Assessments of desirable condition and how to build a team of teachers show highest level. When considered in each aspect found that the communicate openly and creating an atmosphere for a problem solving was at the highest level and Cooperation for conflicts management was at the lowest level. 3. The 5 process of team building has 40 team building guidelines. 8 guideline of problem identification, 8 guideline of data gathering, 8 guideline of planning, 8 guideline of implementation and 8 guideline of evaluation.
