Developing Guideline the Implementation of Health Promoting School for School Under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Education Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Investigate the indicators of components of health promoting school implementation, 2) study the current state and desirable state of health promoting school implementation for school under the office of Mahasarakham primary education service area office 3, and 3) develop of implementation guideline on health promoting school for school under the office of Mahasarakham primary education service area office 3. Group of the study were 210 person include administrators teachers and school committees from 70 schools selected by stratified random sampling method. The research instruments were questionnaires of current and desirable conditions. Descriptive statistics used in this research and PNImodified. The research were found: 1) The implementation of health promoting school including 10 components 41 indicators. The result of evaluation from seven respondents at high level. 2) The current conditions of health promoting school implementation for school under the office of Mahasarakham primary education service area office 3 at moderate level. The desirable conditions of health promoting school implementation at high level. 3) The implementation guideline on health promoting school for school under the office of Mahasarakham primary education service area office 3 including 10 components 92 indicators. In conclusion: school health promoting implementation all components should have school health promoting plan, work by the school health promoting committee respond other missions. The system of supervision and reporting the result of school health promoting implementation report. School and community have the continuing projects, the participation and support from administrator, teacher, teacher of infirmary room, student, school personnel, and school committee.
