Abstract

The research aimed to: 1) study elements and indicators. The teacher development learning management for schools under the ROI-ET Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2) current and desirable situation, 3) Developing a program to developing of teacher learning management for schools under the ROI-ET Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research is divided into three stages. The study found that ; 1. Elements and indicators of teacher development. Learning Management. Consists of three elements 15 Indicators. The first composition using a variety of teaching methods. The second element that encourages students to learn on their own. Component 3 Promoting learning atmosphere. 2. Current conditions Current conditions Overall is moderate Sort by descending include promoting students to learn on their own. Promoting a learning environment and use a variety of teaching methods, respectively desirable condition. Were at the highest level. Order from the most to the least. Management Learning 5) During the period of development programs include teacher development. Management Learning 6) structure and scope consists of three modules, including modules, one using a variety of teaching two modules promote students to learn on their own and Module 3 Promoting learning atmosphere. 7) How to develop a self-learning feature. Training, coaching. And mentoring Learning from Practice. And the exchange of learning. 8) consists of media documents teachers. Management Learning Overhead projector Computer And a projector to present the program and the application knowledge quizzes and activities to learn from practice. And 9) Measurement and evaluation includes an assessment of the development. And satisfaction of the developed learning programs, teacher development for schools under the ROI-ET Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 3.2 Assessment of teacher development program.
