Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine 1) the level of factors affecting the effectiveness of education administration in schools 2) the level of the effectiveness of education administration in schools 3) the relationship between factors affecting the effectiveness of education administration in schools and the effectiveness of education administration in schools and 4) construct predictive equations of the effectiveness of education administration in schools from transformational leadership, learning organization and secure learning environment in schools under The office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30. The sampleconsisted of 394  informants institutions administrators and teachers under The office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30 there obtained using the stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments used for collecting data were five level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics devices use in analyzing the data included Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. 


The findings were the follow:Factors affecting the effectiveness of education administration in schools as a whole were found to be at a high level. When all of the 3 aspects were considered by ranking from the highest to the lowest mean, they were factors: learning organization (X2), secure learning environment (X3) and transformational leadership (X1).


The effectiveness of education administration in schools under The office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30 as a whole were rated at a high level.


There was positive relationship between factors and the effectiveness of education administration in schools under The office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30, with statistical significance of .01 According to the best prediction equation, it indicated that factors of the learning organization (X2) and secure learning environment (X3) could be used as predictor for the effectiveness of education administration in schools (Y) as a whole at 76.70 percent with statistical significance of .01 and could construct predictive equation in terms of raw scores and standard scores could be written as follows:
