Abstract

The purpose of this research was to. (1) study The variable factors were affecting the Total Quality Management of School under the Office of Education Service Area 30. (2) study the level of Total Quality Management of School under the Office of Education Service Area 30. (3) study The variable factors were associate with the Total Quality Management of School under the Office of
Education Service Area 30. and (4) study The predictions of the relationship of the factors affecting towards the Total Quality Management of School under the Office of Education Service Area 30. The sampling were 394 administrators and teachers of School under the Office of Education Service Area 30 in academic year 2013 by stratified random sampling. The instruments used was 5 rating scales a questionnaire. The statistical tool were Mean, Standard Deviation Simple Relation and Multiple Regression Analysis used to analyze the data.


The result of the study revealed the following:


1. The School under the Office of Education Service Area 30 were have Administrators Leadership at high level, Motivation at high level, Organization Climate at high level, Management at high level and Technology at high level.


2. The Total Quality Management of the School under the Office of Education Service Area 30 was a high level.


3. The variable factors were associated with the Total Quality Management of the School under the Office of Education Service Area 30 are statistically significant at the .01.


4. The multiple correlation coefficient between Administrators Leadership, Technology, Management, Organization Climate and the Total Quality Management were .919 which were statistically significant at .01 level. All factors explained variance of the Total Quality Management at 84.40 percentage. The predicted


by the equation in the form of raw score as follows:
Y = .544 + .378 (X4) + 297 (X5) + .143 (X1) + .070 (X3)


And the predicted by the equation in the form of standard score as follows:
ZY = .455 (X4) + 327 (X5) + .168 (X1) + .079 (X3)
