The between behaviors of school administrator and job satisfaction of teachers under Oudomxay Provincial Education Department in Lao People Democratic Republic

Abstract
The behaviors as a potential to convince the executives expressed to providing an Example that others want to follow to achieve the objectives of the organization. But In the current, administration’ s executive management often finds expression behavior that management authorities have been less persuasive skills. The purpose of this study were
1) to examine the behaviors of school administrators in the Oudomxay Provincial Education Department, Lao PDR, 2) to compare the behaviors of school administrators in the Oudomxay Provincial Education Department, Lao PDR, with different the work experiences and different school sizes 3) to examine the job satisfaction of teacher to the behaviors of school administrators, 4) to compare the job satisfaction of teacher to the behaviors of school administrators, with different the work experiences and different school sizes and 5) to examine the relationship between school administrator behaviors and the job satisfaction of teacher in the Oudomxay Provincial Education Department, Lao PDR, with different the work experiences and different school sizes The samples consisted of 322 teachers in the 2011 Academic Year of the Oudomxay Provincial Education Department, Lao PDR. The sample size was fixed through Krejcie and Morgan’s packaged table by the multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used for collecting the data was a 90-item the five rating-scaled questionnaires with a discriminating power ranged from 0.30 to 0.83 and the reliability of 0.79. The statistics used for analyzing the data included the mean, standard deviation, and t – test (Independent Samples) F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Simple Correlation Coefficient were used for hypothesis testing.
The research findings revealed that:1. The behaviors of school administrator according to the work experiences and size of the schools were at a high level as a whole and each aspect, ranking by the mean scores ; there were aspect of friendly relations and the commitment in working respectively.
2. The leadership behaviors of school administrator with different the work experiences and different school sizes had no different.
3. The satisfaction of teachers to the behaviors of school administrators according to the work experiences and size of the schools were at a high level as a whole and each aspect.
4. The satisfaction of teachers to the leadership behaviors of school administrator were at a high level as whole ; according to the size of the schools were found a medium size had more satisfaction than a large size with statistically significance difference at . 05 level. And according to work experiences were not different as whole.
5. The relationship between school administrator behaviors and the job satisfaction of teacher in the Oudomxay Provincial Education Department, Lao PDR were not different. When considered by each aspect, the commitment in working, the satisfaction of teachers, work advancement, working environment, and compensation and benefits had relationships with statistically significance difference at . 05 level. The aspect of friendly relations, the satisfaction of teachers, Job responsibilities, and relationship with colleagues had relationships with statistically significance difference at . 05 level.
In conclusion, The relationship between school administrator behaviors and the job satisfaction as a whole were at a high level. Therefore, the related persons should be considered in developing components of leadership behavior of school administrators for it’ s increasingly high standards
