Motivation Model affecting to Job Effectiveness of Teachers under Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to confirm factors obtaining from the study in “Motivation in Work Practice, Characteristic facilitating the Effectiveness in Work Practice, and Competency in Work Practice of Teachers under jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10, and Empirical Data, and 2) to study factors affecting Effectiveness in Work Practice of Teachers under jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10, and 3) to obtain the Motivation Model affecting Effectiveness in Work Practice of Teachers under jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10, by using the Descriptive and Quantitative Research from synthesis of documents and related research literature, interviewing the experts and practitioners by drawing lots for selecting one representation of one province from each group, 21 experts. The samples were 379 teachers under jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organization, Educational Group 10. The variables consisted of the latent variables, and observable variables. Data were collected from Questionnaire asking one’s opinion. Data Analysis and statistic calculated by using Computer Program.


The research findings found that the latent variables in motivation aspect, consisted of the factors and competency in work practice, motivation affecting effectiveness of work practice, and characteristic facilitating work practice respectively. For the highest level of indirect variables, they were the latent variable of motivation affecting effectiveness in work practice. Every variable in the model jointly explained variance of motivation latent variable affecting effectiveness in work practice for 81.8%. The analysis findings, Motivation Structure Model affecting effectiveness in teachers’ work practice, was obtained. It indicated that the motivation affecting the effectiveness in teachers’ work practice, affected each other in every aspect.


The Motivation Model affecting to Job Efficiency of Teachers under Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10, consisted of 4 aspects of motivation factor in work practice including: 1) the respect and praise, 2) the friendship and relationship, 3) the wages, and 4) the love and faith in teaching profession. There were 5 factors facilitating effectiveness in work practice as follows: 1. The personal characteristic, 2. The work characteristic, 3. The organizational characteristic, 4. The administrative policy and work practice, and 5. The work environment. In addition, there were 3 aspects of factors relating to work practice of teachers under jurisdiction of Local Administrative Organization, Local Educational Group 10, as follows: 1. The ethics, morality, and code of ethics in profession aspect, 2. The quality of work practice aspect, and 3. The aspect caused by work practice.
