A Model for Developing Teacher Leadership in Learning Management of Secondary Schools Under The Provincial Administrative Organization in the Northeast Thailand.

Abstract
The purposes of a model for developing teacher leadership in learning management secondary school under the Provincial Administration in the Northeast are: 1) to study the composition of teacher leadership development learning management secondary school under the Provincial Administration in the Northeast, 2) to construct and develop a model for teacher leadership development learning management secondary school under the Provincial Administration Organization in the Northeast, and 3) to validate the effectiveness of the developed model for developing teacher leadership in learning management secondary school under the Provincial Administration in the Northeast. This research actualizes a three-phase Research and Development approach as follows: Phase I was related to investigation of a conceptual framework and the composition of teacher leadership development learning management. There were three-stage investigations: Stage I Document inquiry, Stage II Experts’ Reviews, and Stage III Questionnaire from teachers’ secondary school under the Provincial Administration in the Northeast 368 from 46 schools . Phase II design and improve the model development, and Phase III implementation experiments fieldwork and results demonstration, data were analyzed by using the average and standard deviation.
