Elements that affect the quality of working life of the school administrators in Si sa ket Province

Abstract
This research aims to investigate elements that affect the quality of life of the school administrators in Si sa ket Province. Samples of school administrators, Office of the Basic Education Commission, in Si sa ket province, 440 people were selected by stratified random sampling, Instruments used in this study was a questionnaires of 5 parts, the Part 1 the basis of the respondents, including sex, age, part 2 is on variable motivator factors, part 3 the variable hygiene factors. part 4 the variable characteristics of school administrators, and Part 5 the quality of working life of school administrators, have 176 items with confidence farm 0.86 to 0.96 and accurate structural analysis confirmed the composition. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation coefficient of Pearson, and multiple regression analysis.
The results are summarized below:1. School administrators and the overall quality of life was good. By receiving adequate and fair compensation, safe and healthy working condition, competency Developed, growth and security, social integration, constitutionalism, the total life space, social relevance. at a high level.
2. Variables to predict the quality of working life, including school administrators there are 6 variables. Variables in the two variable motivator factors such as types of work and responsibilities. Variable hygiene factors such as one’s income. and the variable characteristics of school administrators in three variants, including the participation aspects. the sufficient. and the communicate. The six variables and variables that together can predict the quality of working life, school administrators, 73.8 percent of which can be written as an equation to predict the raw scores and standard scores were as follows. Equation derived from the raw scores. Y/ = 44.762 + .768X12 + .429X5 + 1.602X14 +1.540X10 + .858 X13 + .597X3 Prediction equation in standard score is. Z’Y = .176ZX12 + .101ZX5 + .280ZX14 + .257ZX10 + .148ZX13 + .147ZX3 2. Variables motivator factors, including accomplishment, admittedly respected, types of work, opportunities to progress in the future, and responsibilities. Variable hygiene factors, including commanding, policies administration, working conditions, colleagues, and the adequacy of income. Variable characteristics, including the performance, participation aspects, the sufficient, and the communicate correlated with the quality of work life in high school administrators (R = .867), and quality of life can predict the results of the study were 75.1 percent. 4. Variables motivator to predict the five variable hygiene the five variables and the variable characteristics of school administrators four variables and 14 variables to predict the variability of the quality of working life of the school administrators, than the predicted one in the group and only one in the group. and subgroups divided by sex and age.
