Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to stu between the factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators and the transformational of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30 4) to construct a regression equation for prediction of transformational leadership of the school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30dy factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30 2) to study the transformational of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30 3) to study the relationship The sample were school administers and teachers total of 394. They were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument included the questionnaire in 5 levels as Rating Scale with reliability coefficient 0.97 . Data were analyzed by using computer program to calculate the Frequency, Percentage, Mena, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.


The study finding as follow:1. The factors affecting the transformational leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, were in “high” level in every aspect.


2.The transformational leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, were in “high” level in every aspect.


3.The relationship between factors affecting transformational leadership and transformational leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, was positive with statistical significance of .01


4.The regression equations for prediction of transformational leadership of school administration under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 30, with correlation coefficient 0.835, predictive value 69.8 at .01 significant level . The predictive equation could be written as follows:

Z/ = .332 (X5) + .311(X4) + .173(X2) +.133(X3)
