Transformational leadership empowerment and organizational atmosphere that are related to the administration in private schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract
This purposes of this research to study 1) transformational leadership of educational administrators, 2) empowerment of educational administrators, 3) organizational atmosphere, 4) private school administration, 5) transformational leadership, empowerment and organizational atmosphere related to private school administration, and 6) construction of prediction equations. The samples of the study comprised 312 people including the administrators and the teachers at private schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the relations of transformational leadership, empowerment, and organizational atmosphere associated with private school administration. The questionnaire obtained the discrimination raging from .42 to .87 and the reliability of .92. The statistics used consisted of mean, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that:1. The administrators at private schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area show their transformational leadership which was rated at the high based on the overall and each aspect considerations. Their transformational leadership could be categorized and ranged from higher to lower average scores as follows: ideological influence, individual consideration, and raising inspiration which equaled increasing intelligence.
2. The administrators’ empowerment was rated at the high level based on the overall and each aspect considerations. Their empowerment could be categorized and ranged from higher to lower average scores as follows: organization, individuality, and community.
3. The administrators’ and the teachers’ views on organizational atmosphere was found to be at the high level based on the overall and each aspect considerations. Their views on organizational atmosphere could be categorized and ranged from higher to lower average scores as follows: colleague behavior, environment at workplace, and organizational structure.
4. The administration of the private schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area based on the views of the administrators and the teacher at private school based on the overall and each aspect considerations was found to be at the high level. Their views on private school administration could be categorized and ranged from higher to lower average scores as follows: academic administration, budget administration which equaled personnel administration, and general administration.
5. Transformational leadership, empowerment, and Private school organizational atmosphere had positive relations with private school administration, statistically significant at the .01 level. The correlation coefficients were .715, .726 and .778, respectively.
6. The variables used in predicting the administration in private schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area obtained: the correlation coefficient =.790 at the significance level of .01, the coefficient of multiple correlation (R) = .790 (P=.000), the coefficient of determination (R2 adj) = .621, Standard Error of measurement (SEest) = .2977. The ability to determine was 62.10 %. The prediction equations could be shown as the following.
