Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) identify the key elements of Strategies of Educational Management for preparation the scenario of Chiangrai Province for the year BE.2556-2565 2) present the strategies of educational management for preparations of the scenario of Chiangrai Province in the year BE.2556-2565. The study was conducted by means of which consisted of 2 stages: 1) studying the key elements of educational management by using In-depth Interviews of 6 experts. 2) the presentation of the strategies of educational management for preparation of the scenario of Chiangrai Province for the year BE.2556-2565, conducted in 5 stages, 2.1) the studying of the current conditions and scenario of Chiangrai Province in the next decade (BE.2556-2565) by document synthesis , dialogue and discussions with 12 experts. In-depth interview of 18 knowledgeable people and using Future Wheel for consensus of the scenario Of Chiangrai Province for the year BE.2556-2565. 2.2) drafting the strategy 2.3) determining the strategy draft by focus group discussion for the first time 2.4) determining the strategy by each knowledgeable people for the second time; and 2.5) Improve the strategies after the determining and the focus group discussion. 


The results of the study were 1) the key elements of educational management for preparation of the Scenario of Chiangrai Province in the year BE.2556-2565 consists of 4 dimensions, namely, the dimension of target group , the dimension of participation , the dimension of the process, and the dimension of hegemony 2) the 4 strategies of educational management for the next decade of Chiangrai (B.E. 2556-2565) were, the strategy to develop the Chiangrai people to ensure a comprehensive , the strategy to built the learning organization of Chiangrai people, the strategy of the produce and develop for the potential of competition of the Chiangrai people, and the strategy for developing the administration and management to support all sectors in participate in educational management.
