A Development of the Skill Training Package on Multimeters for the Second Year Vocational Certificate Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop the skill training package on multicenter for the second year vocational certificate students with an efficiency of 75/75, and to evaluate the result so fusing the developed skill training package with 20 second year vocational certificate Students, obtained using the cluster random sampling technique, who were studied in the second semester of the academic year 2013 at Payakkhaphumpisai Industrial Community and Education College, in Mahasarakham Province. The research instruments included 1) lessonplans, 2) the multicentre skill training package, 3) multiple choice achievement test with 30 items, 4) The working skills test with 3 items 30 scores, and 5) the questionnaire on satisfaction with learning via the skill training package. The collected data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and dependent t-test.
The findings revealed that the developed skill training package had an efficiency of 87.36/76.67 which met the required criterion of 75/75. The students showed gains in learning achievement and working skills from before learning via the developed skill training package at the .01 level of significance. Also, the indicated the dissatisfactions with learning via the developed skill training package in over All an dine chareaatthe most level.
