An Evaluation of the Master Degree Program in Educational Administration (Revised 2011), Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University by CIPP Model

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to evaluate the curriculum of the master degree program in Educational Administration (Revised 2011), Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University, using the CIPP Model and evaluating in four dimensions: context, input, process, and product. The population in this research was 886 people and the sample was 275 people. The independent variables were lecturers, bachelor’s degree students, master’s degree students, and superiors whose subordinates with master’s degree students. The instruments were four The results were as follows:1. The evaluation of the curriculum in context, there was a high level of appropriateness ( x̅=4.26). When considering each of the following variables, the research found that the opinions of lecturers ( x̅=4.58) was highest agreement level while the opinions of bachelor’s degree students ( x̅=4.03) and master’s degree students ( x̅=4.18) were just high agreement level. 2. The evaluation of the curriculum in input, there was a high level of appropriateness ( x̅=3.84). When considering each of the following variables, the research found that the opinions among lecturers ( x̅=3.69), bachelor’s degree students ( x̅=3.88), and master’s degree students (x̅=3.96) were at a high agreement level. 3. The evaluation of the curriculum in process, there was a high level of appropriateness (x̅=4.05). When considering each of the following variables, the research found that the opinions among lecturers ( x̅=4.27), bachelor’s degree students ( x̅=3.86), and master’s degree students ( x̅=4.03) were at a high agreement level. 4. The evaluation of the curriculum in product, there was a high level of appropriateness ( x̅=4.47). When considering each of the following variables, the research found that the opinions of lecturers ( x̅=4.45) and master’s degree students ( x̅=4.26) were high agreement level while superiors whose subordinates with master’s degree students ( x̅=4.71) was highest agreement level.
In conclusions, the curriculum of the master degree program in Educational Administration (Revised 2011), Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University, there were high agreement levels in context, input, and process while product was the highest agreement level.
