Abstract

This research aimed 1) to study knowledge, current situations and desired situations of students quality development according to school induce “The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs. 2) To develop the model of students quality development according to school induce “The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs, Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province. 3) To trial the model of students quality development according to school induce“The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs, Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province. And 4) to assess the model of students quality development according to school induce “The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs, Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province. The research divided into 4 phases, the first phase was to study knowledge current situations and desired situations of students quality development, 60 key informances were 5 luminaries and administrator, teachers, school board, students and parents of Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province. The second phase was to develop the model of students quality development according to school induce “The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs, Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province key informances were 5 luminaries. The third phase was to trial the model by 75 key performances were administrator, teachers, school board, students and parents and representatives of various agencies. And the fourth phase was to assess the model by 75 key performances were administrator, teachers, school board, students and parents and representatives of various agencies. Descriptive statistics used in this research were basic statistics. The result were found:


1. The 7 elements of “The King’ s Philosophy” concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs including 1) Philosophy 1 systematic study of information 2) Philosophy 5 context society 3) Philosophy 3 solving problems from a small point 4) Philosophy 8 economical, simple, get the most benefits 5) Philosophy 9 makes it easy 6) Philosophy 10 participation and 7) Philosophy 11 public benefits and the suitability assessed overall was at highest level.                                             


The result of current situations of the students quality development according to school induce “The King’s Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs overall was at high level and desired situations overall was at highest level.                       


2. The result of the model have 4 process were 1) study information and systemetic social context 2) careful planning, fix from a small point, emphasizing economical and simple 3) plan implementation to achieve success and sustainable participation 4) evaluation aims to benefit the public. The model suitability assessed by 5 luminaries were show the model suitability and possibility both overall were at highest levels.


3. The result of model trial were found the model implementation quality overall was at high level and the result of implementation overall was at highest level.


4. The model of students quality development according to school induce “The King’s  Philosophy” Concept for sustainable prevent and slove drugs, Huai Hai school, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum province has the result of usefullness overall was at high level and the model satisfaction assessed overall was at highest level.
