Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1) study current conditions, expectations and priorities for classroom management, 2) study classroom management approaches, and 3) evaluate classroom management practices of private schools. In Udon Thani,


the research process is divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1 The current status, expectations and priorities for the management of the population classes are 112 teachers. The research instruments are five scale rating questionnaires. Current and Expectations In class management The reliability of the questionnaire. Current condition And expectations were 0.829 and 0.960, respectively. standard deviation The research found that Current conditions and expectations in class management of private schools. In UdonThani There are three main requirements: 1st, the teacher’s role in class management (PNIModified = 0.204); second, the development of desirable characteristics (PNIModified = 0.194) classroom innovation (PNIModified = 0.193)


Phase 2: Study Management Classes In-depth interview, including the school director. In Udon Thani province, 6 persons and 6 academic leaders were analyzed using content analysis. And check the quality of information using triangulation techniques.The research found that Classroom Management Guidelines for Private Schools There are 8 areas in Udon Thani: 1) teachers’ role in classroom organization, 2) classroom atmosphere for learning, 3) classroom style, 4) Desirable 5) Counseling for learner support 6) Innovative classroom setting 7) Management of learning resources and Supportive teaching styles Travel Resources


Phase 3 evaluates the classroom management practices of private schools. By 9 qualified teachers using the assessment model of classroom management of private schools. In UdonThani This is an assessment model of classroom management. 5-level scale estimation. standard deviation The research found that Classroom Management Guidelines for Private Schools In UdonThani Utilities Feasibility Suitability And accuracy Overall at the highest level.
