Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the components and indicators of participatory management for educational institutions; Under the Office of the Secondary Education Region 25, 2) Adverse conditions And participatory management approaches for educational institutions. Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25 and 3) Develop a participatory management approach for educational institutions. Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25, the research was divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: Study of components and indicators of administrative participation for educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25, 7 informants were used. Phase 2 Study of Current Condition And desirable condition. Participation in administration for educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25, the sample consisted of the school administrators. 354 teachers and school board members were sampled by multiple random sampling. Steps based on the number of tables compared to Craig and Morgan. The tools used in the research were questionnaires. Phase 3 Research Results, Participatory Management Approaches for Educational Institutions It will be used as a management approach for educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25, 7 respondents were selected. The instruments used in this research were interviews, statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research found that 1. Participatory Management Elements and Indicators for Schools, Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25. Composed of 4 elements 16 metrics. Overall, it is very appropriate and at the highest level.
2. Current status, participation in administration for educational institutions, Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25. The overall level is very high And when considering each side, it was found at every level. Desirable overall condition is at the highest level And when considering each aspect is found to be at the highest level in all aspects.
3. Participatory Management Approaches for Schools, Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 25. It was found to be most appropriate And there is a high possibility.
