Studying Organizational Behavior

Abstract
The purpose of the article is for learning and understanding on organizational behavior study, that is to study attitude and behavior of a person as well as a group of people in organization in order to know its personnel through his personality correctly over both goodness and weakness. There will be supported and promoted performance over the good points to maintain them. By the way there will be improvement over the weak points to be developed into organizational desired behavior. Hence, the agencies should manage organizational behavior study for progressive, successful and efficient organization as in needs of organization, society and nation onwards.
