Abstract

The study of learning achievement, Subject: Social Studies, Topic: Geography of North America, Mattayomsuka 3 by using Student Teams-Achievement Divisions activity (STAD), the research aims are. 1) To develop and find out the effectiveness of the learning management plan, Effective 80/80 criteria. 2) To find the effectiveness index of the learning management plan . 3) To compare learning achievement, before and after study to reach 80%. 4) To study satisfaction to learning by using Student Teams-Achievement Divisions activity (STAD). The sample is Mattayomsuka 3/6 of Mahasarakham University Demonstration (Secondary) for number 34 people acquired by a group sampling (Cluster Sampling). There are 3 types of research instruments: 1) The learning management plan by using Student Teams-Achievement Division activity (STAD). 2) Achievement Test for learning, for 50 availed. 3) A measure of student satisfaction toward learning activities, the rating scale (Rating Scale) 5 levels for 15 items. These tools have been tested for consistency by experts of 3 people. The calculate the IOC. 0.80 is up to every item, Statistics used in the research include: Percentage, average, standard deviation and data were analyzed using t-test statistic (t-test) form Paired samples t-test.

Research results are summarized
1) The Learning Management had process efficiency (E1) and output efficiency (E2) as 93.89/82.76 above the threshold 80/80

2) Effectiveness Index of Learning Activity, as 0.7297 the learning plan developed by the research resulted in higher scores from the students and The learner has advanced in learning, accounted for 72.9%.

3) The Comparison of learning achievement from pre and post test scores of students, after the study, the statistical significance at .05 level.

4) Students are satisfied with the study of social for 5 geography, Geography of North America for Mattayomsuka 3 by using Student Teams-Achievement Division activity (STAD).
