The development of Educational Management Guidelines for Vocational Education in Kalasin Province

Abstract
This research was to study the future image of educational management in the next decade on vocational institutions by using EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research: EDFR) with its purpose as to study current conditions and develop of guidelines for educational management of vocational education in Kalasin province. The samples consisted of 316 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire and evaluated guidelines by 18 experts. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results revealed that: 1. The current conditions for educational management of vocational education in Kalasin province was at moderate level. When each aspect was considered, it was the moderate level. Its mean ordering from highest was the characteristics of desirable vocational graduates, The management of vocational education as well as the creation of a learning society respectively. 2. The development of guidelines for educational management of vocational education in Kalasin province by 18 experts was found suitability at 92.50 percentage. Considering all aspects with highest percentage was the creation of a learning society at 94.40 percentage, the characteristics of desirable vocational graduates at 93.78 percentage and the management of vocational education at 85.52 percentage respectively
