Strategy Leadership of the Digital Era Affecting to Effectiveness of Primary School under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the strategic leadership of the Digital Era 2) to study the level of effectiveness of Primary School under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 3) to study the relation between to creat prodictive equation of the strategic leadership of the Digital Era and effectiveness schools under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 4) to analyze multiple regression of the use of affecting primary school under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office. The sample group consisted of 363 teachers selected by multi-stage random sampling method. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire with the reliabilities for the administrative factors at 0.98 and the effectiveness of Primary School at 0.94. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1) Strategic leadership of the Digital Era of school administrators overall, it was at the high level in all aspects. 2)The effectiveness of Primary School under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office was at a high level. 3)The relation between the strategic leadership of the digital Era and effectiveness of schools under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office was at the high level at .01 significance. 4) Analyse multiple regression and create predictive equation of the effectiveness schools under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office using the strategic leadership of the digital Era found that the strategic implementation. The means organization resource management and the means of the leadership creative skill and innovation.The predictive equation that affected the effectiveness of school under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office the best statiscally significant at the .01 level with a multiple correlation coefficient at .616 and the correlation coefficient at 37.90 percent of the coefficient.
