Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the current state, desirable conditions and development of guidelines for Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational under Khon Kaen Vocational Education Office. This research was divided into 2 phases: phases 1: study the current state and desirable conditions for Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational. The samples consisted of 245 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was the questionnaire with an Index of Item Objective Congruence between 0.80-1.00, discrimination between 0.74-0.84 and a Reliability between
0.93-0.96. The statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority need index. And phases 2: development of guidelines for the Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational. Focus group discussion included 9 professionals as informants. The research instrument was the evaluation form. The statistics used for analyzing data were mean and standard deviation.
The results are as followed:
1. The current state of the Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational were at a high level. Considering each side, it was found that were in the high level.
Desirable conditions of the Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational were at the highest level. Considering each side, it was found that most of them were in the highest level. Result of the needs were in planning and determining options, prevention and problem solving have the most needs. Next is the promoting student development and student forwarding respectively.
2. The results of Development of guidelines for the Internal Supervision of the vocational for private vocational institute under Khon Kaen vocational province were divided into 5 categories; 1) the principle 2) the purpose 3) the guidelines for the implementation of the vocational student care system were divided into 4 factors ; 3.1) was publicize and expand continuously and sustainably within the school 3.2) was planning and development of school internal supervision 3.3) was internal supervision practice in schools 3.4) was monitoring and evaluation of school internal supervision. 4) the mechanism 5) the success conditions. The results of possibility, suitability of developing guidelines was at highest level.
