Assessment of Sufficiency Educational Institution Project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College

Abstract

The assessment of sufficiency educational institution project, Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College in academic year 2019, the objectives were: 1) To assess the context of the sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College, 2) To assess the primary factors of the sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College, 3) To assess the operational process for sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College. and 4) To assess the productivity for sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College by applying the CIPP model of Stufflebeam (Stufflebeam, D.L.) with the scope of the project assessment in 4 aspects including context, input, process, and product. The population for an assessment included 65 administration personnel and instructors, and 60 students of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College. The tool used a 5 rating scale questionnaire. The statistical tools used for the data analysis including percentage, mean and standard deviation.

This research's findings revealed that

1. The assessment of the context of sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College in academic year 20 19 for overall the context of the project was high appropriate level at (X=4.36). The most appropriate item that was consistent with the policy of the Ministry of Education. The most appropriate level was at (X=4.58) level. The lowest appropriate level which was in accordance with the needs of the educational institution in high appropriate level at (X=4.00).

2. The assessment results of the primary factors used in the implementation of the sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College in academic year 2019 found that the overall assessment of the primary factors was high appropriate level at (X=4.43). The most appropriate item was the appointment of the project committee with very high appropriate level at (X=4.62). The lowest appropriate item was coordination and support from other organizations in high appropriate level at (X=4.18).

3. The assessment results of the operational process of the sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College was a high appropriate level at (X=4.47). The most appropriate item was a clarification meeting before every activity.

The most appropriate level was at (X=4.62). The lowest appropriate level was the continuous monitoring of the project implementation (X=4.26).

4. The assessment results of product of the sufficiency educational institution project,

Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College were as follows:

• 4.1 The Project management was high appropriate level at (X=4.46). The most appropriate was the students leading the sufficiency economy principles in daily life. The most appropriate level was at (X=4.60). The most appropriate was the current information system and the convenience of use in a high appropriate level at (X=4.29).


• 4.2 The satisfaction of the administrators, teachers and learners were satisfied in the implementation of the sufficiency educational institution project of Kanchanaphisek Udon Thani Technical College in a high level.
