Trait of School Leaders Affecting Teacher Performance under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area, Area 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the characteristics of educational institution leaders Under the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, Area 2. 2) Level of teacher performance Under the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, Area 2.

3) The characteristics of the school leaders that affect the teacher performance. Under the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, Area 2.The sample of this study were 56 schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The respondents were 280 school director teachers, academic year 2562. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. Regular multiple regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression.

The findings of this research were 1) Level of leadership qualities of educational institutions At a high level in all aspects First, motivation, followed by academic leaders Regarding participation with the community Teamwork Planning in educational institutions Education innovation And decision making respectively. 2) Teacher performance level at a high level in all aspects the first place of practice is followed by operation. Last part In terms of knowledge and professional experience respectively. 3) Regarding to school leaders affecting teachers 'performance, it was found that the characteristics of school leaders affecting teachers' performance Under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area,
