The Current condition the desirable condition and need in the operation of Student Assistant of the General Education Office, Mahasarakham University

Abstract
This research aimed to study the current condition, desirable conditions for operations of Lecturer Assistant Student of the General Education Office, Mahasarakham University.
As well as needs on the sample group in this research consisted of 40 people in the Thai language preparation program for foreign consisting, of 35 students, Lecturer Assistant Student, 2 instructors, 2 staff members, and 1 administrator. People obtained by a simple sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the overview of the current and conditions was at the highest level in all aspects. And each aspect, was found that maintenance was the highest, followed by planning for lecturer assistant student admission and performance evaluation was the lowest respectively. the overall of the desirable condition of the operation was at a high level and each aspect, was found that maintenance was the highest, followed by training and capacity building. and the performance evaluation was at the lowest respectively.
