Guidelines Management of New Normal Learning in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Mahasarakham Primary 2

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) study current conditions, desirable conditions, and the necessity of learning management in a new way for opportunity expansion school in Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study guidelines management of New normal learning in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Mahasarakham Primary 2 by using research and development methods. The research method was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 was to study the current conditions, desirable
conditions, and necessity of learning management in a new way for opportunity expansion school. The samples were 253 school administrators and teachers under the Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 selected through the stratified random sampling. The research instrument was scaling questionnaire. Phase 2 was to develop New normal learning in educational opportunity expansion school in Mahasarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and evaluating the guidelines management of New normal learning by 5 experts selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments
were interview form and evaluation form on appropriateness and possibility of the programs to develop new approaches to learning management. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and need index.

The results showed that. 1) The current stage of the learning management in a new way for opportunity expansion school was overall in the moderate level. The highest average aspect was the design of learning management in accordance with the needs of
learners. The desirable conditions of the learning management in a new way for opportunity expansion school was overall in the high level. The highest average aspect was helping students who lack of readiness for learning management. 2) guidelines management of new normal learning in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Mahasarakham Primary
2 consists of 5 components, 15 indicators, and 27 development guidelines. The results of overall development approach were the most appropriate level. The possibility of applying to develop guidelines management of new normal learning in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Mahasarakham Primary 2 was the highest level.
