บทคัดย่อ
จุดมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาและ4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาจากตัวแปรด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 30กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 394 คน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 30 ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน(Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาพบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาทั้ง 3 ด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ปัจจัยองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ (X2) สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ (X3) และภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (X1)
2. ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 30 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 30 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
4. จากสมการพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดพบว่า ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ (X2) และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ (X3) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารสถานศึกษา (Y) ได้ร้อยละ 76.80 และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และได้สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ และคะแนนในรูปมาตรฐานได้ดังนี้
สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบคือ
Y/ = .159 + .769(X2) + .203(X3)
สมการในรูปมาตรฐานคือ
Z/Y = .694(X2) + .233(X3)
