About the Journal

The UTCC Law Journal, published by the School of Law, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, has been continuously published since 2009.

Aims

The journal aims to publish high-quality research articles and academic articles that have undergone peer review by qualified experts in relevant fields of law, and to provide legal knowledge to its readers.

The journal also aims to promote and encourage academic knowledge in society by providing a platform for full-time lecturers, academics, researchers, and qualified experts in the field of law to present scholarly works that are beneficial to readers.

Publication Schedule

The UTCC Law Journal is published annually, with one issue released in June of each year. From 2027 onwards, the journal will publish two issues per year: January–June and July–December.

Scope of Accepted Manuscripts

The UTCC Law Journal welcomes submissions of research articles and academic articles from full-time lecturers, academics, researchers, and qualified experts in the field of law. Manuscripts may be submitted in either Thai or English.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published in any other publication and must not be under consideration by any other journal.
