  • Digital Influence and Sustainable Practices in Service Industries
    Vol. 1 No. 2 (2025)

This issue, “Digital Influence and Sustainable Practices in Service Industries,” brings together eight studies on how leadership approaches, digital communities, and experiential learning foster innovation and sustainability. Articles examine transformational and ambidextrous leadership in Chinese SMEs and NEV firms, experiential learning for Thai fashion entrepreneurs, online reference groups’ role in shared green consumption, live-streamers’ impact on purchase intention, and tourism students’ design-thinking awareness. Collectively, they offer evidence-based strategies for leveraging digital platforms and leadership to drive performance, consumer engagement, and sustainable practices.
