The primary objective was to assess the effectiveness of NLP tools in improving essential language skills such as vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and character recognition. Additionally, the study explored learner engagement and the differential impact of these tools across various demographic factors, including age, language background, and learning style. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative analysis involved 100 students at different proficiency levels who completed pre-and post-tests to gauge improvements in language proficiency. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with 10 Chinese language teachers, providing insights into user experiences and challenges. Case studies further illustrated the practical application of NLP tools in real-world settings. The findings demonstrated significant improvements in all language skills, with NLP-supported learners outperforming those relying on traditional methods. Positive learner engagement was observed, though challenges, such as understanding cultural nuances (e.g., the Chinese idiom "吃亏" (chī kuī), which means "suffer a disadvantage"), and technical issues were noted. The study concluded that NLP tools are a valuable addition to TCSL, offering enhanced learning outcomes and flexibility for diverse learner needs while identifying areas for Improvement, particularly in addressing cultural content and technical refinement. This research contributes to language learning, NLP, and educational technology, advancing technology integration in language education.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/44Using Chatbots to Promote the Teaching of Chinese as a Second Language: Dilemmas and Opportunities for Student Learning2024-01-31T11:42:45+07:00Songyu Jiangjiang.song@rmutr.ac.thQiaoyu Zhaizhaiqiaoyu@gmail.comXiaoyu Yijiang.song@rmutr.ac.thJiangyun Chenjiang.song@rmutr.ac.th
This study delves into the role of chatbots in promoting the effectiveness, dilemmas, and student learning opportunities in teaching Chinese as a second language. The use of chatbots in simulating honest conversations, providing personalized learning support, and the teaching and learning process were analyzed. The study used an in-depth analysis of the practical application of chatbots in language learning environments and a literature analysis approach. It was found that chatbots provided students with a low-risk language practice environment, effectively improved language fluency and complexity, and helped build students' self-confidence. Regarding personalized learning support, chatbots demonstrate the potential to diagnose learners' weaknesses and provide targeted practice. However, the extent to which this can be achieved is constrained by algorithmic complexity and the quality of input data. Chatbots are considered a valuable tool for teachers to manage lessons and students in instructional Support. Chatbots have technical and practical challenges in teaching Chinese as a second language. However, through continuous research and improvement, the use of chatbots in second language learning will become more pervasive and efficient, and further research on its long-term impact and broader application scenarios is encouraged to realize its maximum potential as a teaching aid.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/521Exploring the Characteristics of “New Middle Class” Social Media Consumption in the Development of New Consumption in China: A Case Study of TikTok Social Media2024-10-18T22:26:54+07:00Luyao Jia190099973@qq.comMing Lileanjialuyao@gmail.comThanapon Sarunburanaleanjialuyao@gmail.com
This research aimed to study the influence of the digital economy and lenient financial policies on the growth of the Chinese new middle class, the impact of new consumption pressures and the deepening usage of social me dia on the consumption intentions of this group, and the factors influencing the consumption decisions of the Chinese new middle class on the "TikTok" social media platform. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: The platform's consumption environment significantly influences the consumption decisions of the new middle class; mutual perceptions among users play a key role in shaping their attitudes towards consumption on social media platforms; platform management systems and individual differences are also critical factors affecting their consumption behavior.
2025-01-05T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/56Analysis on the Poverty Reduction and Income Increase Effect of Digital Financial Inclusion—Evidence from 1736 counties of China2024-03-30T17:45:39+07:00Hemin Wang1360223387@163.comShumin Wang1360223387@163.comXingqi Zhao1360223387@163.com
The third technological revolution based on the Internet that humanity is experiencing has a vast and far-reaching impact on efficiency and fairness. Under the powerful catalysis of the Internet revolution, China has rapidly developed a digital economy and finance. This paper combines the data of 1736 counties in China from 2014 to 2017 and the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusive County Index, using the panel instrumental variable quantile regression method to empirically analyze the effect of digital financial inclusive finance on poverty reduction and income increase of Chinese county residents. The research results show that, on the whole, Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI) has significantly promoted the income growth of residents in poor and non-poor counties; the panel instrumental variable quantile regression results show that DFI has a more obvious income increase effect on low-income groups. The further sub-sample regression of impoverished counties and non-poverty counties and the division of the sample into three major regions: East, middle, and west, the regression results show that the effect of DFI on low-income groups is more obvious; DFI can strengthen the role of traditional financial development and promotion, employment increase and industrial structure upgrading in promoting poverty reduction and income increase, but this conclusion is not valid in poor counties. Therefore, China should vigorously develop DFI as a way for low-income groups to reduce poverty and increase income.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/63Study on Trade Protection of Xinjiang in International Trade2024-01-06T20:55:26+07:00Guang Wu1758298163@qq.comXingqi Zhao1758298163@qq.comJie Ma279001893@qq.com
The COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has affected the economies of various countries. The problem of anti-globalization has intensified under the background of the epidemic. International trade protection behaviors are also increasing, and more and more countries and cities are affected by trade barriers. Epidemic prevention and control, ensuring national security, and maintaining a new trade environment have become trade barriers—breeding excuses. The main reason is that the complex form of the epidemic has led to stricter trade barriers. From a provincial perspective, the epidemic has impacted the internal and external environment of Xinjiang, China’s future development, studied the trade protection received by Xinjiang and provided practical guidance for Xinjiang’s better participation in international trade.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/64A Literature Review on Socialized Agricultural Services Enabling High-Quality Rural Development2024-01-06T19:59:00+07:00Hong Chen289001893@qq.comXingqi Zhao289001893@qq.com
The development of socialized agricultural services is an important starting point for deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and promoting the revitalization of rural industries. It is an effective way to promote the continuous increase of farmers' income, promote high-quality rural development, and decisively build a well-off society in an all-round way. The development of agricultural socialized services and the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas are hot topics in rural economics, development economics, and other related disciplines. From theoretical and empirical aspects, the existing studies are summarized. The following questions are discussed: The connotation and level measurement of agricultural socialized service and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, the impact of agricultural socialized service on high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, and point out that in the future, we should focus on the perspective of new development concepts, in-depth exploration of the logical mechanism of agricultural socialized service enabling high-quality development of rural areas. The promotion effect of agricultural socialization services on the high-quality development of rural areas was tested from the macroscopic level.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journalhttps://so20.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/RJPIJ/article/view/67Research on the Impact of Tax Reduction Policies on Small and Micro Enterprises in Jiangxi Province2024-07-16T14:54:37+07:00Jing Chencchen825@163.comXingqi Zhaocchen825@163.com
As an important part of China's economy, small and micro enterprises have laid a solid foundation for China's economic development, are an important platform for Chinese residents to achieve employment, and contribute a greater part to China's fiscal and tax revenue. Affected by the new crown epidemic and some deficiencies of small and micro enterprises, the development of small and micro enterprises has been restricted in recent years, and they are facing problems such as operational difficulties. This paper will take Jiangxi Province as an example, use theoretical knowledge and data analysis, research and analyze the tax reduction policies promulgated and implemented under the background of the epidemic, the utility and imperfections of small and micro enterprises, and propose corresponding countermeasures to help small and micro enterprises get out of trouble.
2024-12-27T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Rajapark International Journal
